Jordan Unoaked Chardonnay 2023

Taste Profile: A wonderfully fresh and juicy wine, without wood aging. An aromatic white, the nose is complex, with a mainly citrus character (lemon, lime). On the palate it is flavoursome and full-bodied. Round. Pleasant and well-balanced acidity.  

Grape: 100% Chardonnay.

Serving Tips: Serve as an aperitif and tastes delicious with tapas or light seafood dishes.

Winemaking: Inspired by the styles of Chablis where Chardonnay is allowed to express its inherent character. This Chardonnay is barrel fermented with carefully selected French yeasts. After fermentation, the wine matures further 'sur lie' in the stainless steel barrels for 4 months.
