Saint Véran 2022 (Domaine de la Creuze Noire)

Taste Profile: It charms you first with its floral and fruity nose, with subtle notes of white flowers, apricot and flint stone. Regarding the mouth, the attack is powerful, it then grows in magnitude. With a great balance and structure, this wine offers a nice freshness and a long finish that leaves bitter almond notes.  

Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Serving Tips: If served between 11 and 13°C, it will better develop all of its flavour and aromatic qualities. It is perfect for the aperitif but will also be a perfect match for your meal with dishes such as a goat cheese salad or poultry.
