Taste Profile: With characteristic aromas and flavours of hazelnut, peach and oak, this medium-bodied wine’s fine balance is aided by fresh acidity. It will develop in bottle for five to eight years.

Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Serving Tips: Serve with fish, white meats, flaky pastry dishes and strong cheeses.

Winemaking: Located on the western edge of the Côte de Beaune, the vineyards of Saint-Aubin consists of two areas of distinct mesoclimate: one exposed to the south and southeast on chalky limestone soils and the other with a cooler, more eastern exposure on soils with more gravel and clay. The Chardonnay grapes are fermented and matured in oak barrels for a total of 12 months before bottling.
