Taste Profile: Pale golden yellow. It has all the classic elements of fine Burgundy; aromas of exotic fruits, white flowers, almond, peach, banana, honeydew melon. The palate is creamy and soft with good fruit weight, quite mineral with volume and a lengthy dry finish.

Serving Tips: Ideal with grilled fish or scallops in cream sauce.
