Taste Profile: Pale and pretty in crystal-clear pink with orange undertones. The nose is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango. The taste is full, fresh and crisp with echoes of the fruity aroma amplified by citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon and cardamom).

Grape: Blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah

Serving Tips: To be served preferably at a temperature between 8 and 10°C. This rosé will be a very good companion for your fish, your red meats and your barbecues but also to accompany your aperitifs.
