Norton Chardonnay "Barrel Selection" 2022

Taste Profile: Bright yellow color, with greenish notes. Tropical aromas of pineapples and peaches. In the mouth is fresh and crispy, with a round and delicate finish. This 2021 harvest comes from the Uco Valley. Major presence of the varietal and a fruity character.

Grape: 100% Chardonnay.

Serving Tips: Serve chilled with pork, rich fish like salmon or tuna, vegetarian or poultry dishes.

Winemaking: For the“Barrel Select”, grapes are hand pick grapes from vines over 15 years old. Fifty percent of the wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels and then additionally in bottles before release. The character of this wine shows a subtle balance between grape and oak, resulting in a firm structure, rich flavours and a delicate finish.
