Taste Profile: Grown in shale and aged in stone, the Frog's Leap Chardonnay boasts incredible freshness and a distinct mineral edge that speaks directly to its origins. Crystal clear straw-yellow in colour and fresh on the nose with yellow peach and nectarine notes as well as toasted brioche. Elegant creamy texture with fine acidity and a very distinguished long aftertaste.
Grape: 100% Chardonnay
Serving Tips: Super partner for lobster with fennel, oyster gratin or baked langoustines, ripened goat cheese, green herb salad or creamy fresh white mould cheese. To be served at 12°C.
