Taste Profile: A full bodied and luscious wine. A juicy acidity carrying through the palate giving the wine great drinkability. Aromatic pear and lychee notes carry this wine through to the finish.
Grape: 100% Pinot Gris.
Serving Tips: Serve chilled, extremely versatile food wine, perfectly made for adventurous food menus.
Winemaking: Grapes are selected at full ripeness from Marlborough’s two winegrowing valleys, the Wairau Valley and the Awatere Valley. They are immediately pressed to stainless steel tanks. Wine was left on lees for 3 months before blending and bottling early to retain freshness.
