Taste Profile: Château de Pez exhibits deep colour and harmonious composition. This complete, rich, dense wine merits prolonged ageing. Dark fruits come together with warming spices and smoky undertones. Black cherries, blackberries give a soft roundness on the palate layered with cedar, coffee, clove and vanilla.
Grape: 51% Merlot, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc
Serving Tips: Pairs well with lamb, red meats, cheese, truffle and chocolate.
