Chablis Premier Cru Montmains 2021 (Jean-Marc Brocard)

Taste Profile: The Premier Cru Montmains has taken root on the left back on the Serein River which runs through the Chablis vineyards. This wide slope provides the wines with a mineral character which blends in beautifully with floral aromas. This wine is white gold colour with green reflection. On the nose, there are hints of citrus, grapefruit and anise. A lemony and refreshing palate with a nice length.

Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Serving Tips: Serve between 12°C and 14°C with Fish, seafood and shellfish, grilled or in a cream sauce. Poultry and white meat, grilled or in a cream sauce.
