Petit Chablis Vieilles Vignes 2022 (Domaine Dampt Frères)

Taste Profile: The colour is yellow-green with brilliant and intense reflections. The nose presents scents of asparagus tips which give way to an iodized character and rounder aromas of peppermint and herbal tea flowers. In addition to these rather classic aromas, the olfactory taste buds are embellished with brioche and raspberry notes which bring an exotic touch to the wine. The mouth is round, silky, velvety and greedy. These tactile sensations give it a voluptuous dimension and a sensation of relief supported by a beautiful acidity. The finish is slender, chalky and marked by liquorice.
