

Taste Profile: White and sweet, it is the par excellence dessert wine. It is pale yellow in color, the intensity of which varies according to the year, intensely fruity, aromatic and lingering.The sweetness is in balance with the low alcohol and acidity, never too high, but that gives the product a pleasant freshness.
Grape: Moscato.
Serving Tips: While this makes for an exquisite cocktail, it also pairs well with a handful of Piedmont's famed roasted hazelnuts, fruity appetizers and desserts.
Winemaking: The winery is located in the village where Riccardo Ceretto was born. This company was founded with the aim of producing high quality wines from Muscat, which had previously only been used for the mass production of low-quality wines. Thanks to the efforts Ceretto Moscato wine become respected and well-known.
Used for the production of wine Muscat grapes harvested on the area of 42 hectares with vines older than 35 years, growing at an altitude of 300-400 meters above sea level. Fermentation is performed under controlled temperature and terminated when the wine reaches 5% alcohol. Shutter speed is carried out in stainless steel tanks.
