Les Hauts De Perganson 2015

Taste Profile: Very deep, dark ruby colour with nice shimmering reflections. The nose combines notes of beeswax, cinnamon stick, Madagascar vanilla and licorice. The palate is marked by an almost perfect balance and overall indulgence. The finish is already smooth, with complex aromas of black fruit, bramble. A vintage that is already attractive with its harmonious, smooth and very aromatic profile.

Grape: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with dashes of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

Serving Tips: Pair with simply seasoned, roasted red meat such as fore-rib of beef or a rack of lamb, a veal chop or a rich vegetable dish such as gratin dauphinoise.
