Gigondas Rèserve 2019 (Château Mont-Redon)

Taste Profile: Exceptional woodland notes with spice overlay a deliciously mouth-watering palate of raspberries, vanilla, and red forest berries. Elegant and complex. The tannins are fine and silky and the wine finishes long and clean with a hint of licorice. Can be consumed now but can also age remarkably in the cellar for a decade or more.

Grape: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Serving Tips: This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif and also pairs beautifully with roasted duck, white or red meat, sausages and light cheeses.
