Taste Profile: A large blackcurrant fruit with a beautiful toasted and vanilla woodiness, draws you into a full and almost silky mouthfeel, where the tannins only reveal themselves slightly at the end. Like its predecessor Chateau Talbot, this is a classic, elegant wine with a clear, well-designed structure and a long, fresh finish.
Grape: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 60% Merlot
Serving Tips: Great with a fillet of duck breast cooked with honey and spices. Also perfect with a good selection of cheeses.
