Taste Profile: Dark and winey, with waves of ganache, steeped plum, blackberry reduction and melted black licorice rolling through. The finish is scored with warm earth and smouldering tobacco notes, showing ample grip for the cellar. Very graceful at the long and delicately dry finish.
Grape: Mainly Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre with small amounts of Counoise, Muscardin, Vaccarèse and Cinsault.
Serving Tips: They will ideally pair with red meats in sauce, game and cow cheese.
