Château Léoube Rouge 2020
Taste Profile: This is a beautiful spicy, fruity red wine with notes of blackberry, pepper and cinnamon – all characters typically found in Syrah, the grape variety that dominates the blend.
Grape: Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault
Serving Tips: Juicy and moreish, it is now drinking well and would be a good match for lighter meat dishes, both hot and cold.
Winemaking: To obtain a perfect sorting, harvesting is manual only. The grapes are transported directly to the winery where they are placed immediately in temperature controlled vats. The fermentation is carried in stainless steel tanks with 9 days skin contact then natural alcoholic fermentation and full malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Its ageing and conservation is happening in concrete and oak tanks for 12 months minimum.
