Château Gloria 2016

Taste Profile: Chateau Gloria offers a beautiful, very purple-tinged colour with blue undertones. The nose is richly aromatic with dense black fruits notes with a touch of minerality (graphite). On the palate, this Saint-Julien shows lively and refreshing acidity, with a mid-palate of juicy fruits. The ripe tannins are well-integrated and firm, but very ripe. The finish is long and satisfying.

Grape: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 7% Cabernet Franc

Serving Tips: Chateau Gloria is best served with all types of classic meat dishes like veal, pork, beef, lamb and roast chicken. This Bordeaux is also a perfect match with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, salmon, mushrooms, and pasta as well as cheese.
