Taste Profile: This very elegant Chablis is bursting with white flowers and stone fruits aromas. Round and subtle on the palate, this wine has a long finish with a stony character and a fresh acidity that leaves you wanting more.

Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Serving Tips: Serve between 10-12°C. Pair with mixed salads, soy salad, seafood, fish & chips, sushi, spring rolls, ceviche, salmon tartare, vegetarian cuisine: zucchini fritters, vegetable tians, wok noodles, vegetable pies, fennel, vegan burger.

Winemaking: Vinification and aging takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve fruit and freshness.
