Black Opal Shiraz Cabernet 2016

Taste Profile: Intense colour, flavour and soft tannins from grape skins. Partial oak maturation with some parcels left un-oaked to enhance the primary fruit characters. It is a rich wine full of berry, pepper, and spice aromas with red with purple hues. Ripe berry flavours and hints of spice develop on the full-bodied yet elegant palate. This wine has soft tannins and a lingering refined finish. 

Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz/Syrah.

Serving Tips: Serve at room temperature, pairs well with Beef, Lamb and Poultry.
