Bervini Extra Dry Rosé Prosecco

Taste Profile: It is a fine and elegant, fruity sparkling wine, obtained with the Martinotti – Charmat method in steel autoclaves. The colour is light pink, slightly orange. The foam is fine and persistent. The nose is fresh with notes reminiscent of wild berries. The taste is fresh, fruity, pleasantly acidic. 

Grape: Blend of Glera and Pinot Noir

Serving Tips: It is the aperitif par excellence, it accompanies fish-based dishes and is also a wine for the whole meal.
