Antares Rosé 2023

Taste Profile: A lively pink colour of medium intensity, its aromas are intense, characterized by citric notes which combine perfectly with intense red fruit flavours such as strawberries and raspberries. On the palate the wine is fresh and silky and has a lovely finish.

Grape: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Serving Tips: Serve chilled, paired with fresh salads or seafood dishes. This is an ideal rosé for the terrace on balmy summer evenings.

Winemaking: This rosé from the Central Valley offers quality and has a lot of character. The Central Valley has ideal growing conditions, with cold, rainy winters and warm summers, when the temperature differences between day and night help the grapes to reach full maturity.
