Antares Merlot 2023

Tasting Profile: Ruby red. Clean and intense aromas of ripe fruit, cherries, strawberries and cinnamon. Flavors of red fruit on the palate. Well-balanced with soft tannins and a pleasant finish.

Grape: 100% Merlot.

Serving Tips: Serve 16-18°C. This wine pairs well with red meat, light pastas and blue, ripened or soft cheeses. 

Winemaking: The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 28 and 30°C. Subsequently, maceration takes place for seven days, at a temperature of 25°C, for better extraction of aromas, flavors and colors.
