Antares Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Taste Profile: The cherry-ruby red Antares Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of red fruit such as raspberries and cherries, showing its expressive varietal character combined with delicate notes of cinnamon and cocoa. On the palate this is a harmonious, well-rounded and opportune wine with soft tannins.

Grape: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Serving Tips: Serve 16 to 18ºC. Pair with red meat, cheese and pasta dishes.

Winemaking: The juice is fermented for 5 days in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 28ºC and 30ºC using selected yeasts. Post-fermentation maceration lasts 7 days at 25ºC, for an ideal extraction of aromas, flavours and colours.
