Aguaribay Malbec 2019

Taste Profile: A red of good intensity, the Aguaribay Malbec's intense aromas resemble ripe cherries and raspberries that combined with the slight vanilla, give elegance and fineness to this wine. On the palate, it appears soft and silky, with rounds tannins. It is a wine of a medium structure, thought for a short guard, because the freshness and smoothness are its major virtue.

Grape: 100% Malbec.

Serving Tips: Serve 16°C. Drink with grilled meat, French cheese, Chinese stir-fried black pepper beef, meat Tepanyaki, Korean beef Bulgogi with lesser sugar and honey beef. 

Winemaking:  Flechas de los Andes is the result of an alliance between Baron Benjamin de Rothschild and Laurent Dassault, reflecting the fulfillment of their quest to find a great terroir at the base of the Andes. This partnership symbolises the joint desire of the two families to produce an excellent Argentine wine, whose name refers to the symbol of the Rothschild family.
